It’s a sobering statistic that there are more CEOs named John in the world than there are female CEOs.
So we created ‘Interview without bias’- a first of its kind technology that utilises AR to remove unconscious bias by taking name, gender, accent, age and appearance out of the interview process by giving candidates a neutral avatar that perfectly matches their facial expressions in real time.
Still in the prototype phase, this is a technology we hope to bring to market in 2024.
