Car advertising usually focuses on the emotion of buying a brand new vehicle - the bit that comes after, the boring, looking-after-the-car bit is always framed in more practical terms, which doesn’t help its status as a bit of a grudge purchase.

So we tapped into the emotion that Toyota drivers feel around their vehicles, by showing our quirky habit of celebrating a little when the Odometer ticks over to another milestone.
